Estimating, Scheduling and Constructability
Marshfield Consulting Services depth of experience and capability has been recognised by the Department for Infrastructure and Transport with a significant increase in our Constructability, Estimating and Scheduling pre-approval status.
This recognition is not only important for Marshfield, but also for our clients, who can now benefit from getting constructability advice, estimating, and scheduling services all from our business. With this, and together with our previously established Project Management capabilities, Marshfield has become an acknowledged and accredited one-stop shop for all construction related services.
Procurement
Marshfield provides procurement services to advise on, develop and execute different strategic procurement methods that align with the client’s intended delivery model for each individual project or a program of works. With the experience we have collectively gained over more than 50 years in the construction industry, we work with our clients to:
- Customise the procurement approach and develop project specific procurement solutions, tailored to the client’s needs.
- Provide the requested tendering services, utilising Marshfield’s systems or those of our clients.
- Perform the tender management and evaluation, including the writeup of recommendations, as required for the client’s organisation.
