Overview:

The Regional Bridges Project was a program of work delivered for DIT focused on increasing road safety and freight efficiency by strategically upgrading over 20 regional bridges. The works included the design and construction of bridge widening, road upgrade and new bridges. Marshfield (formerly Rowlands Build) were engaged as the Program Manager responsible for overseeing native veg clearance approvals, heritage coordination, design development, stakeholder engagement, quality/performance management of the contractor, managing scope adjustments, contract management, stakeholders during construction, handover and benefits realisation. Marshfield’s ability to project manage and contract manage this project provided a program wide view, enabling efficiencies across the project and the project budget to be managed across 7 different funding streams.
